Happy news for the club:

The new lamp post, complete with light sensor, has been installed in the nick of time.
We also have new rain gutters that should eliminate the ice heap next to the handrail. The old gutters leaked badly.

Feeding Hearts for the Holiday

A sub-group of CHUM is asking our membership to help with their program called
Feeding Hearts for the Holiday.
They deliver gift bags to the homeless in Duluth on Christmas.
They need warm, wool socks and insulated travel mugs that are sturdy and have a handle.
Please bring donations to my house, since the club is closed. Leave them outside in a bag if no one is home. I will drop them off on December 18th.

We will meet at the DWC instead of my house. Rosemary has the key; we will meet Dec 9 at the club. (Rosemary is allergic to my cats). We will discuss the book The Orphan Collector. Rosemary will lead the discussion. Please, leave your cats at home!
