Let’s explore the fall forest along Waabizheshikana/Western Waterfront Trail

It’s a beautiful walk along the St. Louis River bay and over Kingsbury Creek on a paved and gravel trail. 

We will meet at 1 pm in the trail parking lot behind the Munger Inn.
From Grand Avenue, turn onto Pulaski Street, cross the railroad tracks. Parking lot will be
on the left.

Let’s explore the Lester Park area and walk on the paved Lakewalk trail to Brighton Beach.

at 1 pm in the parking lot off Lester River Road.

Duplicate Bridge: September 22nd

To any of you who are interested in learning Duplicate Bridge, Tom and Bonnie Malterer will be teaching such a class through Duluth Community Ed at Ordean Middle School.
Each class starts with a short discussion followed by lots of card play.
The class is specifically intended for people who know how to play basic bridge but want to learn how to play Duplicate, or who want to improve their Duplicate skills.

Beginning Bridge: September 29th

If you’ve never played bridge but want to learn,
a beginning bridge class will also be offered through Community Ed.
Karen Siegfried will assist in teaching.
