Zoom Program
“Moral Development”
Presented by Dave Griffin

How one acquires one’s sense of morality takes time.
You will learn about the 4-step Moral Development
model and its relevance in how people relate to
conflicting issues today. Dave will tell us how he
navigated those four steps and give each of you an
opportunity to share how you dealt with those similar
hurdles as you confronted them when you were
acquiring your sense of right and wrong.
Fascinating and insightful!

Debra Scott

I have lived in Duluth since I was 14. My mother is a retired first/second teacher who now lives in TX. I have a blended family – two sisters and 3 brothers who live in MN, CA, and WI.  My undergraduate degrees are in fine arts and French  language, culture, and literature from UMD, I have a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from  American University in DC.
Currently, I am the Interim Director of the Music Resource Center and just for fun, consult and write grants for other non-profit organizations. :- )  I am a University of MN Extension Master Gardener and a Saint Louis County 4-H judge – food preparation  and preservation.
I have 2 sons Zachary 24 and Aaron 27 (Rose Drewes to  this day is still his FAVORITE teacher).
Knowing several people who are members of DWC piqued my curiosity about the Women’s Club, meeting more of you in person confirmed that it was a good fit for me.  I love historic buildings, photography, social action, and gardening.

Building and Grounds
A shout out to Pam Williams’ husband, Skip, who moved the pile of wood chips into the peace garden when the maple tree came down this fall. That was a big job!

Craft Dryer replaced the screen on the service door which appeared to have been kicked.

John Miller painted the boot rack in the entryway and also had one of the basement screens replaced and other maintenance repairs that need attention.

A Message from Lucy Kragness and the Camera Club

Camera club to explore Waabizheshikana Trail:
Wednesday, January 27th, 1 pm

All welcome to explore the Waabizheshikana (The Marten Way) /Western Waterfront Trail on Wednesday, January 27. It’s a beautiful walk along the bay over Kingsbury Creek. There were icy sections, but not bad on Saturday and worth it to watch a fox run across the bay. We will meet at 1 pm in the trail parking lot behind the Munger Inn.
From Grand Avenue, turn onto Pulaski Street, cross the railroad tracks  and parking lot on the left.
